Colterra Restaurant - One of the finest restaurants on the Front Range and is GF friendly. The food is excellent! Bradford Heap, the owner/ chef, owned the Chautaqua Dining Hall and has owned other really good restaurants in Boulder, including Q’s in the Boulderado Hotel. The prices are steep. They will adapt their menu items to GF requirements at any time.
